For MDRT Center for Field Leadership members only, we offer four special sessions and an award ceremony at the MDRT Annual Meeting and Global Conference. Packed with team management strategies and aligned with the MDRT Culture of Excellence Awards, these sessions will help you accelerate your leadership journey and connect with fellow MDRT Center members. MDRT Center members are eligible to attend either the MDRT Annual Meeting or the MDRT Global Conference. MDRT Center members from the U.S. and Canada can also attend MDRT EDGE.
MDRT Annual Meeting

MDRT's pinnacle event for all members, it draws thousands together each year for a transformative learning experience to celebrate achievement and stimulate growth through networking and sharing among the best in the business.
New for the 2026 AM: AI interpretation will be provided for the four MDRT Center special sessions when a minimum of 100 registered MDRT Center members have requested interpretation in a common language, for a maximum of five languages. MDRT Global Conference

The MDRT Global Conference extends the opportunity for members from all around the world, especially from the Asia-Pacific region, to come together to hear inspiring industry leaders address local and global trends, and exchange innovative ideas to advance their businesses.

MDRT Center Masterclasses
Masterclasses are interactive sessions led by experts in the financial services profession, exclusively available to MDRT Center members. The goal of a Masterclass is to take a deep dive into topics of interest to field and home office leaders. Members who attend all sessions of a Masterclass receive a certificate at the conclusion of the program.
